    FRANK CAPITANI - CLASS OF 1954

    • Leading ball carrier on 1952 and 1953 South Penn League Champions - 1953 team undefeated
    • Referred to by teammates, classmates and sportswriters of the day as "MR. TOUCHDOWN"
    • Widely acclaimed by professional evaluators as one of Hershey High School's all-time best running backs
    • Starred on 1953 Central Penn Baseball League Co-Champions
    • Attended Gettysburg College on a football scholarship
    • Leading scorer sophomore and senior years

    BENSON KLINGER - CLASS OF 1954

    • Captain and Quarterback of 1952 and 1953 South Penn League Football Champions
    • Led the1953 Football team to an undefeated season
    • Elected by contemporary era area sports writers as first team All-State Quarterback
    • Played on 1953 Central Penn League Baseball Co-Champions
    • Highly recognized by student peers and school officials as a model student, exceptional values, and leadership qualities
    • Attended University of Delaware and starred in Football under the legendary Tubby Raymond with his great teams of the 1950’s
