• Contacting Mrs. Dawes

You may contact me any of the ways listed on my welcome page.
    • As you know during the school day, teachers do not answer the telephone but your message will be recorded to be checked later.  I often can't check my telephone messages until the end of the day.  Many times I have meetings over the lunch hour and thus that hour goes quickly.
    • Sending a written note in the morning may be the best way to contact me because I usually read them as soon as I receive them from the students and if I am absent a substitute will be able to receive the message.  (A substitute has no access to my email or telephone messaging system.)  If needed, I will reply to your message as soon as I am able.  Also if there is a change in your child's transportation, a written note is needed for the office to allow that change to occur.
    • Email is another way to reach me as well.  I do check my email throughout the day and will try to respond at some point in the day if questions or concerns are raised.
    • If you need to reach me immediately please contact Mrs. Deanna Houck, our school secretary, and inform her of your concern.  She will then reach me.
Any time you have a concern or feel I should know something that has recently happened that may affect your child, please feel free to contact me.
