Derry Township School District A Community Cultivating an Extraordinary Learning Environment

Enrolling In Derry Township School District

Welcome To DTSD New Entrant Registration

Enrollment in Derry Township School District is limited to bona fide residents of Derry Township.  (The district does not accept non-resident tuition students.)  Parent or guardians who wish to enroll students in the district should establish residency prior to initiating registration.  Establishing residency does not mean you must be fully moved in – a signed lease or a  settlement/sales agreement can provide you with the documentation you should have when contacting the district registrar.

New student enrollment is a two part process that includes online pre-registration followed by a registration appointment with a district representative.

Kindergarten registration for a new school year is conducted at the ECC in late winter. Specific dates and the procedures for kindergarten registration are announced annually. If your child is eligible to attend kindergarten and you did not complete registration prior to May 1, please follow the instructions for “Registering for the Upcoming School Year” found above.
