OPPORTUNITY: HHS Students sign national letters of intentLetter of Intent

Ten Hershey High School seniors today signed national letters of intent to continue their athletic and academic careers in college.

“These outstanding student athletes have represented Hershey High School with distinction throughout their time here.  We are very proud and excited to see them have the opportunity to move their academic and athletic careers on to the next level,” said Derry Township School District Athletic Director Scott Govern.

Those students announcing their plans to further their academic and athletic careers include:

Zack Hynes (Baseball, East Stroudsburg University), Mallory Drayer (Field Hockey, University of Maine), Kit Olmsted (Field Hockey, University of North Carolina), Meredith Gould (Diving, Delaware University), Elaina Joyner (Lacrosse, Rollins College), Elizabeth Newman (Lacrosse, Lock Haven University), Taylor Yahn (Lacrosse, Mercer University) Maliyah Paynter (Track & Field, Davidson College) Abigail Sullivan (Soccer, Clarion University) and Makayla Tarkenton (Swimming, Ashland University).
