    Educational Background/Experience:
    • I graduated from Hempfield High School (Lancaster County) in 2002.
    • I graduated from Millersville University in December 2006.  I have degrees in Elementary and Special Education, as well as a certificate in English as a Second Language. 
    • I started teaching the spring of 2007. 
    • June 2010, I received my Master's degree through Wilkes University.
    • December 2019 I became a National Board Certified Teacher. 
    Personal/Family Information: 
    • I was born November 10, 1983 - Have fun figuring out how old I am! :) 
    • My husband and I were married on July 31, 2004. 
    • We have a daughter, Madelyn, who was born August 14, 2008, a son, Connor, who was born December 9, 2010, a daughter, Jocelyn, who was born on March 1, 2013, and a son, Colton, who was born on March 2, 2014.  
    • We live in the Manheim area and love going on walks in our neighborhood.
    • My husband is the youth pastor at our church.

    Hobbies/Interests:

    • Being with Mr. Gehman, Madelyn, Connor, Jocelyn, and Colton
    • Going to Ocean City, New Jersey
    • Reading books
    • Running - I am training for a half marathon
    • Growing flowers / vegetables in our garden
    • Learning new things
    • Playing games
    • Being outside
    • Playing soccer and basketball
    • Watching football – especially the Dallas Cowboys :)
    • Scrapbooking and making cards
    • Spending time with family and friends
    • Eating at The Olive Garden
    • Spending time with my nieces and nephews here and in Iowa
    • Watching good movies with cookies, hot chocolate, and popcorn!
