Volunteer Certifications: TB Testing

  • The Tuberculosis (TB) Screening is required for all volunteers.  It should be completed by a medical provider of your choice.

      • The cost for a TB screening typically ranges from $10 - $90 depending on the location and your individual health insurance plan.
      • The TB screening needs to be administered within 3 months prior to the date the school receives the form.
