Welcome Back Message

  • The Derry Township School District vision is to cultivate an extraordinary learning environment in which all students and staff feel loved, welcomed and respected as they exceed academic expectations. This vision sets the stage for our students' experiences at Hershey High School with the ultimate goal of providing the environment outlined in the vision.

Hershey High School strives to provide robust class offerings in order to expand student interests, academically challenge students in preparation for secondary education and create lifelong learners within our community.  Additionally, and just as importantly, we strive to create or promote interest in music and the arts, athletics, or our variety of clubs and activities offered while also promoting leadership opportunities for any student interested.

I am privileged to have the opportunity to work with a staff that is passionate about student learning and growth.  I am privileged to lead our students and am committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where students are welcomed, cared for, feel a sense of belonging, and all students have opportunities to expand their knowledge and experiences in order to face any challenges they may experience.

I look forward to working with you during the 2022-2023 school year!

Transportation Information

  • Infofinder Bus Route Website

Bus route information for the 2022-2023 school year is now live on the Infofinder website.

When visiting the site, enter your street address in the appropriate space on the upper left side of the screen. To improve the accuracy of the bus stop match, be sure to include house numbers and directional suffix.  Do not use any periods or hyphens. Please note that the response to your query will only provide bus stop-specific information and will not provide any student identification information.

If your address search produces a response of “HS/MS walking area” or “ELEM walking area” - that is an indication no district transportation is provided for that address.  If no stops appear at all or the message “No Busing Information Available” is displayed please contact the Transportation Department at 717-566-7422 for assistance.

If your bus stop information has changed from last year, please email trans@hershey.k12.pa.us or phone at 717-566-7422 option 1 before 8/15/2022. Changes beyond 8/15/22 might not be able to occur for the start of school.
