R. Edward Fornwalt - Class of 1945
- 3 time All South Penn as a tackle in football at Hershey
- Finished 2nd in scoring in the South Penn Conference in basketball at Hershey
- Was one of the originators of the Hershey High School track and field team. There was no team but he competed and represented Hershey
- Was the first pole vaulter ever in track and field at Hershey
- Competed in District III in track and field as a pole vaulter and finished 5th his junior year at Hershey
- Made the 1948 Associated Press All Pennsylvania State Teachers College Team
- Made the 1949 Associated Press All Pennsylvania State Teachers College Second Team
- Made the All-District Class B team from Indiana State Teachers College (W. Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania)
- Named one of the greatest ends in the previous 25 years at Indiana State Teachers College by Athletic Director George P. Miller

- Helped lead the basketball team to a 3rd consecutive Lower Dauphin County Title
