- Rushed for 835 yards, scored 19 touchdowns, caught four passes for 45 yards and averaged 11.3 yards a reception on offense his senior year
- Recorded 48 tackles, two sacks, two fumble recoveries, a blocked punt and three blocked field goals on defense his senior year

- Won 3 varsity letters, holds the HHS record for the most homeruns (11) in a single season, Mid Penn Keystone Division All Star junior year

West Chester University Baseball
- Won three varsity letters
- Made ten appearances on the mound including five starts with an ERA of 4.01 his freshman year
- Oneota Outlaws 2011 NYCBL championship team member as a freshman
- Made 12 appearances on the mound including 12 starts with a record of 10 and an ERA of 2.07 in 87 innings his sophomore year
- Most Outstanding Player 2012 Division ll College World Series
- First team All-PSAC East pitcher of the year 1st team All-Atlantic Region (NCB-WA)
- Second team All-America (ABCA)
- Number 1 pitcher as a junior going 7-4 in 11 starts with a 2.44 ERA and five shutouts
- Named most outstanding player at the College World Series
- Threw 18 scoreless innings and picked up a pair of shutout victories, including the national championship game
- Ranked seventh all-time at West Chester in wins with 21 accomplished in three seasons.
- First underclassman drafted out of West Chester since 1991
- Drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 18th round in 2013
- Traded to the Baltimore Orioles in 2015 where he pitched in the championship game of the AA Bowie Baysox when they made history, winning the first ever Eastern League Championship
- The Orioles had his contract selected to the major league roster in 2016
- Traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers then Miami Marlins in 2017
- Signed with the Hanshin Tigers of Nippon Professional Baseball in Japan in 2019
- Signed with the Fukuoka Soft Bank Hawks of Nippon Professional Baseball in Japan in 2022
- Signed a minor league contract with the Minnesota Twins in 2024

- Won three varsity letters, selected for the Mid Penn All-Star Field Hockey Team her junior and senior years, captain of the 1985 team her senior year, received the Coach’s Award senior year

- Won three varsity letters, selected as co-captain senior year
Hershey High School Softball
- Received four varsity letters
- Selected for the Mid Penn All-Star Softball Team her Sophomore, junior and senior years
- Received the Coach’s Award senior year
- 1986 finalist for the "John Travers Award"
- Chosen for the “Best Athlete” award by the 1986 Senior class
- Awarded the Army Reserve Scholar Athlete Award senior year
- Awarded Lebanon Daily News Achievement Award senior year
Franklin & Marshall College
- Played softball and field hockey all four years at (1986 -1990)
- Selected as captain of the field hockey team senior year
- First Team All Middle Atlantic Conference All Star in softball in 1989 and 1990
- Captain of the softball team her junior and senior year
- Ranked fifth in batting with a .356 career average all-time record
- Inducted into the school’s prestigious softball “Ring of Honor” in 2012
- Record holder in softball for stolen bases, runs scored, walks and on base percentage

- All Mid Penn Conference 14 times - 7 individually (Butterfly, Freestyle, Individual Medley and 7 as part of medley relay
- Four-year district III qualifier in both the 100 butterfly and 200 Individual medley
- Part of two district III winning relays
- Three-time PIAA State Tournament qualifier in the 100 butterfly
- Two-time PIAA State Tournament qualifier in the 200 individual medley
- Member of the two PIAA State Tournament record winning 200 medley relay teams her junior and senior year
