Intervention is provided daily for an intensive session of comprehensive skill work in the area of literacy. Students are chosen for intervention based upon assessments results, as well as observation records kept by the classroom teacher. Instructional focus is dependent on the assessment data gathered over a period of time. As mastery of the necessary skill is achieved intervention services are concluded.
