The toll-free Bullying Prevention Consultation Line invites individuals experiencing chronic and unresolved bullying to discuss effective strategies and available resources to manage school-based bullying. This resource was developed in collaboration with the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (CHPDP), and is available at no cost to students, parents/guardians, and school districts across Pennsylvania. The Bullying Prevention and Consultation Line is 1-866-716-0424. Messages left will be returned during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Please note: this number is not monitored 24 hours a day/seven days a week and should not be used for emergencies.
The PA Center for Safe Schools and the Highmark Foundation partnered to develop this new Pennsylvania Bullying Prevention Toolkit website that provides centralized, authoritative, easy-to-use information, tools and best practices to help families, schools and communities recognize, understand and prevent bullying.
Center for Safe Schools (CSS) is committed to supporting schools, educators, parents, law enforcement, community partners, and local agencies to develop and practice emergency management and crisis response plans, create positive school climates, implement evidence-based programs, and establish proactive safety measures. Our services address threat assessment, emergency management, crisis management, mental health first aid training, and social and emotional learning. Center for Safe Schools is an initiative of Center for Schools and Communities, a division of Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit.

ChildLine is part of a mandated statewide child protective services program designed to accept child abuse referrals and general child well-being concerns, and transmit the information quickly to the appropriate investigating agency.
ChildLine is responsible for receiving verbal and electronic referrals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is Pennsylvania's program to provide health coverage to uninsured children and teens who are not eligible for or enrolled in Medical Assistance. Regardless of the reasons your children might not have health insurance, CHIP may be able to help you.

This service is offered in partnership with local school districts to provide outpatient therapy to students within their school buildings and during their school day.

DAUPHIN COUNTY CHILDREN AND YOUTH SERVICES
Dauphin County Social Services for Children and Youth is a public agency dedicated to the Safety, Permanency and Well-being of children and families. Crisis Intervention is the 24-hour emergency mental health service provided by the Dauphin County Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities Program. Crisis Intervention staff provide supportive counseling, outreach, assessment, and referral information to individuals experiencing an emotional crisis or difficulty in coping with a personal problem.

To serve those affected with substance use disorders by providing high quality prevention, intervention, treatment services and recovery support in Dauphin County. Dauphin County Drug and Alcohol Services provides the substance use liaison to our SAP/HIP Team.
DAUPHIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
The Dauphin County Department of Public Safety (DPS) takes on the dual role of serving as the County’s primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for 911 and non-emergency phone calls, as well as preparing for emergencies which may occur through planning and the Emergency Operations Center.

The Highmark Caring Place, A Center for Grieving Children, Adolescents and Their Families, is a safe place where grieving children and families can come together and be with others who understand what they’re going through. An essential community resource, the Caring Place offers services at no charge to grieving families from throughout the community.
HOMELESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (PA DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES)
Are you or someone you know in danger of being evicted from your apartment or home? Or perhaps, you have already been evicted and are currently homeless and do not know where to go for help. The Homeless Assistance Program (HAP) helps to assure that homelessness can be avoided, people who are homeless can find refuge and care and homeless and near homeless clients are assisted in moving toward self-sufficiency.
We develop and provide community-based supports for people with disability, provide consultation and technical assistance on inclusive policies and legal frameworks, and advocate for disability rights and inclusive practices. Keystone Human Services provides the mental health liaison to our SAP/HIP Team.
Love INC of Greater Hershey serves individuals and families in need living in Hershey, Hummelstown, or the Dauphin County portion of Elizabethtown. People living outside these areas who attend one of our partner churches may also qualify for services.

PA ASSOCIATION OF STUDENT ASSISTANCE PROFESSIONALS (PASAP)
The Pennsylvania Association of Student Assistance Professionals is an association of school personnel, community-based program specialists, and statewide agency liaisons who are organized to address the needs of Student Assistance professionals and Pennsylvania youth. PASAP works to identify and reduce barriers to learning and promote mental, emotional, and physical wellness. This is done through prevention, intervention, and referrals to support services.

Pennsylvania's Education for Children and Youth Experiencing Homelessness Program was established to make sure homeless youth have access to a free and appropriate public education while removing barriers that homeless children face.

Safe2Say Something is an easy and confidential way to report safety concerns to help prevent violence and tragedies. The tip line is operated and monitored 24/7 by the Office of the Attorney General where tips are reviewed, classified, and forwarded to the appropriate school district. Tips that are found to contain information that may indicate a "life safety" issue are prioritized and immediately forwarded to the appropriate county emergency dispatch center.
